FAQ

I haven't worn earrings in a long time and am worried my ear holes have shrunk.  What do I do?

To keep my work sturdy, some of my earrings use very slightly thicker ear wires than what is standard (19 gauge vs 20 gauge.)  This won't be an issue if you wear earrings regularly.  However, if you rarely wear earrings at all, your ear holes have more than likely tightened a bit, making my ear wires a trickier fit.  I recommend wearing a pair of studs for a couple of weeks, occasionally twisting them in your ears, so that your holes can reacclimate to standard ear wires.  Once your ears are used to normal earrings again, the elasticity of your lobes will allow any of my earrings to fit in with ease.

Do you take custom orders?

I fluctuate between accepting and not accepting custom orders.  To keep up with my most current status, head over to my instagram and check the bio.  To inquire about a custom order, please fill out the form under the "Contact" tab of this page.

How do I care for my jewelry?

I do not seal my jewelry with wax or other coatings.  Therefore, some oxidation is possible.  Here are some care tips:

-Store jewelry in plastic bag provided to protect it from the elements.

-Polish when necessary: Each piece of jewelry comes with a small polishing cloth that can be used to give it a pick-me-up as you feel necessary.  Just note that some stones (turquoise especially) are fragile and/or porous and it would be best to avoid using the cloth on them.

-For rings: The more you wear them, the better!  Wash your hands often with soapy water and your ring should maintain its shine indefinitely.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal and all standard credit card entries.

Do you take payment plans?

Yes!  I now accept Afterpay which allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 installments over 6 weeks.  There are no hidden fees with this option.  All you need to do is choose the Afterpay option when you are ready to check out.

How do I know my ring size?

There is very little room for guess work when it comes to gauging ring sizes.  The two best ways to find out what size you are are to 1) go to your local jeweler and have them size you for free, or 2) buy your own inexpensive ring sizer from Michaels.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are allowed up to two weeks from the date your jewelry is delivered.
